These shoes were worn only a few times. The owner couldn't figure out why they weren't comfortable, so they sat for a couple of months in his closet. He finally went back to the store to get new ones and found out that they were too big for him. So he bought the 10.5's that fit him. He had his own medical insoles so he included the Stinson 7 size 10.5's with his 11.5 shoes. The shoes are perfect, but you will likely need new insoles. I am including the 10.5's and they are only about 1/4" short. The shoes are priced so that you can afford to buy new ones. I am amazed at how thin Hoka insoles are. I wear them myself, so it is not just the ones I'm sending you. The box is from the shoes he just bought.
