New with Imperfections: They look brand new except the heels, which show compression. It looks like the EVA press was too tight at the heel. Also, please look at the center of the last picture. There is a stitch that was missed (yes, we use a magnifying glass to check our shoes). The original box was destroyed, and will be shipped in a new generic shipping box. As-is, no returns. It's a nice shoe.
