All Pre-owned shoes are refurbished, which includes hand washing and sanitizing the shoe and adding a new insole and/or new laces if needed.
We buy our shoes from other retailers who often have their customers try them on or return them after they take them home. This can lead to marks on the soles. Please understand that this is normal in the shoe business. It does not mean that the shoes have been worn before or that there is something wrong with them.

We will get your shoes in the mail the next business day after you pay for them. We have negotiated shipping discounts, and we pass those savings on to you. If you want your shoes expedited, please let us know before you press the “BUY” button, or it will be too late.
