All Pre-owned shoes are refurbished, which includes hand washing and sanitizing the shoe and adding a new insole and/or new laces if needed.
We buy our shoes from other retailers who often have their customers try them on or return them after they take them home. This can lead to marks on the soles. Please understand that this is normal in the shoe business. It does not mean that the shoes have been worn before or that there is something wrong with them.
