These slides are in almost new condition. There is a small .5" scratch on the right insole and a .75" nick on the left toe. Other than that, the shoes look and feel like new. Very minimal wear on the outsoles with no wear-down on the heels. The label is white and clean (indicating minimal wear and/or no dirty feet), which is very good. I would give this pair of shoes an "A" rating. This woman had 3 pairs of these Steve Madden shoes. My daughter took one, my daughter-in-law took another, and this is the last one (the others were size 8 and 10).
