All Pre-owned shoes are renewed, which includes hand washing and sanitizing the shoe and adding a new insole and/or new laces if needed.
We buy our shoes from other retailers who often have their customers try them on or return them after they take them home. This can lead to marks on the soles of the shoes. Please note that this is a common practice in the shoe industry. It does not mean they have been worn or that something is wrong with them.
We also receive shoes that retailers have only one or two pairs left in their inventory. It is easier for me to sell them to me than to have a lot of individual items in their inventory. These are the shoes we like to get because they are generally from the current season and on trend.
We don't need to recondition every shoe we get. Most of them are new, and some no longer have their original boxes. We will repackage the shoes in a new, generic brown cardboard box to ensure they are safe during their journey to you.
